Services
Hands-on care, loaded rehab, and a plan that ends with you stronger.
Everything here happens one-on-one with your doctor in a private studio built for both treating and training.
01
Chiropractic & Sports Rehab
The core of what we do. A thorough exam to find what's actually driving the pain, hands-on treatment to change how the joint and tissue feel today, and loaded rehab so the change sticks once you go back to training and working.
- Chiropractic adjusting — specific, low-force or manual, matched to what your spine and joints tolerate.
- Soft-tissue & manual therapy — instrument-assisted work, pin-and-stretch, cupping and joint mobilization.
- Movement retraining — fixing the squat, hinge, throw, stride or overhead pattern that keeps re-loading the injury.
- Loaded rehabilitation — real weight, progressed weekly, in the same room you're treated in.
Commonly treated: low back pain and sciatica, neck pain and headaches, shoulder impingement and rotator cuff issues, tennis and golfer's elbow, hip impingement, patellar and Achilles tendinopathy, plantar fasciitis, hamstring strains, ankle sprains, rib and mid-back pain.

Strength & Longevity Programs
Individual programming, written for one person — you. Whether the goal is a first marathon, a full season without missing a game, or being the seventy-five-year-old who still carries their own luggage, the build is the same: get strong, get resilient, keep it.
- Return-to-sport programming — bridging the gap between "not hurting" and "ready to compete," with criteria instead of guesses.
- Bone density & strength for adults 50+ — progressive loading to support bone mineral density, muscle mass and balance.
- Tendon & connective tissue resilience — slow, heavy loading protocols for tendons that keep flaring up.
- General fitness for real people — a simple, sustainable strength plan for anyone who's never been coached before.

OMNIWave Regenerative Therapy
Focused acoustic waves delivered into the injured tissue to stimulate blood flow and the body's own repair response. No needles, no medication, no downtime. It's our answer for chronic problems that need extra help — the ones that have already outlasted rest, stretching and everything else.
- Adjustable treatment depth so superficial tendons and deeper tissue can both be targeted properly.
- 6–10 minutes per area, layered into a visit you're already having.
- Best used with rehab, not instead of it — the wave opens the window, the loading rebuilds the tissue.

Team & Group Support
Local clubs, schools and gyms in the Orchard Park and Southtowns area can work with us for pre-season movement screening, in-season care blocks for athletes, and coach education on load management and return-to-play criteria.

A full hour, a private studio, and one doctor
There is no second table and no waiting room shuffle. Your appointment is yours: examined, treated, coached and progressed by the same doctor from the first visit to the last.
The studio has a treatment table and a rack in the same room on purpose. Treating you and training you shouldn't happen in two different buildings.
