Regenerative therapy

OMNIWave: for the pain that's outlasted everything else.

Non-invasive acoustic wave therapy that stimulates blood flow and your body's own repair response in tissue that has stopped healing on its own.

How it works

Pressure waves, not needles

The applicator delivers rapid acoustic pressure waves through the skin into the target tissue. That mechanical energy does something medication can't: it physically stimulates the area, increasing local blood flow and prompting the cellular signalling that drives tissue repair.

Chronic tendon and fascia problems often stall because the tissue has poor blood supply and the body has stopped treating it as an active injury. The wave essentially restarts that conversation — and then progressive loading rebuilds the tissue properly.

Why OMNIWave specifically: adjustable treatment depth and a high pulse rate, so we can target a superficial plantar fascia and a deep gluteal tendon appropriately rather than using one fixed setting for everything.

The visit

What a session actually looks like

01

Locate & confirm

We palpate and test to confirm the exact tissue that's involved, then set the depth and intensity for that structure. Gel goes on, applicator goes down.

02

6–10 minutes per area

You'll feel a firm tapping and some pressure — most people describe it as intense but tolerable. We adjust in real time. No anesthetic needed.

03

Load it, then leave

We follow immediately with targeted loading while the tissue is responsive, and you walk out and go about your day. No downtime, no bracing, no time off.

3–6 sessions

A typical course, usually spaced about a week apart and layered into visits you're already having.

Non-invasive

No needles, no injections, no medication, no incisions and no recovery period.

Adjustable depth

Settings matched to the structure being treated rather than one fixed intensity for every case.

Train through it

You keep training. We modify load, not stop it — that's part of why it works.

Candidacy

Who OMNIWave tends to help

It's most useful for chronic, localized soft-tissue pain that hasn't responded to rest, stretching or general treatment. If your problem is more than six weeks old and keeps coming back, it's worth a conversation.

Often a good fit

  • Plantar fasciitis and heel pain
  • Achilles and patellar tendinopathy
  • Tennis elbow and golfer's elbow
  • Rotator cuff and shoulder tendon pain
  • Gluteal tendinopathy and hip pain
  • Chronic hamstring and groin issues
  • Shin splints and medial tibial stress pain
  • Old injuries that flare every time you push

We'll talk it through first

Acoustic wave therapy isn't appropriate for everyone. We screen for it during your evaluation, and we'll tell you if it isn't the right tool. Situations that need a closer look — or a different plan — include:

  • Pregnancy
  • Blood-clotting disorders or blood-thinning medication
  • Active infection, open wound or tumor in the treatment area
  • Recent cortisone injection at the site
  • Pacemakers or implanted devices near the target area
  • Acute fractures or unhealed bone injury

Individual results vary and OMNIWave is not a guaranteed outcome. Suitability, session count and expectations are set during your clinical evaluation — never over the phone or from a website.

Important

The wave opens the window. The loading does the work.

OMNIWave on its own is a passive treatment, and passive treatment alone rarely holds. We use it to make stubborn tissue responsive, then immediately load that tissue so it rebuilds stronger. That combination is the whole point — and it's why we don't sell wave therapy as a standalone package.

Bring us the thing that won't go away.

If you've already tried rest, stretching, and someone else's plan, book an evaluation. We'll tell you whether OMNIWave is the right tool or whether something else is. Questions first? Call (716) 579-0633.
