1:1 Every visit is a full appointment with your doctor. No double-booking, no rotating rooms.

01 / Precision

Find the real driver

A thorough movement and orthopedic exam so we treat the cause, not just the sore spot.

02 / Performance

Rebuild capacity

Hands-on care paired with loaded rehab, so the fix holds up under real training and real life.

03 / Longevity

Keep it for decades

Strength, bone density and mobility work that compounds well past the day you stop hurting.

The Axis approach

Care built around one person at a time

Most clinics run on volume — three tables, a quick adjustment, a room full of people on machines. Axis is built the other way. One patient, one doctor, one hour. Enough time to actually examine you, treat you, coach you, and send you out with a plan you understand.

What that actually changes

  • You get the whole hour. Exam, hands-on work, rehab coaching and questions — in one visit, not spread across five.
  • Same doctor, every time. No handoffs and no repeating your story to a new face.
  • A plan with an endpoint. We tell you what we expect, how long it should take, and what we do if it stalls.
  • Rehab you'll actually do. Two or three movements that matter, loaded correctly — not a printout of twelve.

Longevity

Pain relief is the entry point. Capacity is the goal.

Getting out of pain is the easy part. Staying out of it means being strong enough for the life you want — carrying groceries at seventy, playing a full ninety at thirty-five, going a whole season without breaking down.

So every plan here ends the same way: with you stronger than when you walked in. We build progressive strength work around bone density, tendon resilience, balance and aerobic capacity — the four things that decide how well the next few decades go.

Bone
Loaded, progressive work to support bone mineral density
Tendon
Slow, heavy loading that makes connective tissue tolerant
Balance
Single-leg and reactive control to keep you off the floor
Engine
Aerobic base so recovery between efforts actually improves

OMNIWave regenerative therapy

For the pain that's outlasted everything else

Some tissue needs more than hands and exercise. OMNIWave delivers focused acoustic waves into the problem area to stimulate blood flow and the body's own repair response — with adjustable depth, no needles, no downtime, and no medication.

We use it for chronic tendon pain, plantar fasciitis, tennis and golfer's elbow, hamstring and hip issues, and old injuries that flare up every time you push. Typically 6–10 minutes per area, layered into a visit you're already having.

Who we work with

Athletes and everyday people, treated the same way

You don't need to compete in anything to be treated like an athlete. The same principles — examine well, load progressively, measure progress — work whether you're chasing a personal record or chasing a toddler.

What to expect

Your first visit, start to finish

01

Full evaluation

We go through your history, your training, your goals and what's actually limiting you — then run a movement and orthopedic exam to find the driver.

02

Treatment, same day

You get hands-on care in the first visit: adjusting, soft-tissue work, and OMNIWave if it's indicated. You leave having felt a change.

03

A plan you own

Clear expectations, a realistic visit count, and two or three exercises to start. Then we progress the load until you're back — and stronger.

"Get you out of pain. Get you back to what you love. Then make you hard to break."
